Bookings for your self-catering Cornish seaside holiday at Villa Comino run from 1pm Saturday until 11am the following Saturday or multiples thereof.

Verbal bookings should be confirmed in writing within one week. A non-returnable deposit cheque of £40 (payable to Mrs E A Greenberg) is required to confirm the booking.

The balance is due one month before arrival date.

Blankets, duvets and pillows are provided but you need to bring your own sheets, duvet covers and towels.
A cleaning service is provided between lets, but please try to keep Villa Comino clean and tidy.

Electricity is metered and heating is by adjustable overnight storage heaters.

No animals are allowed - Praa Sands has a ban on animals on the beach from March until October.
